PURPOSE IN LIFE.
The depth of wisdom in.the old saying that "what we constantly think so will we ultimately become," may be-applied 'with equal truth -to the things we do. Whether the inclinations be of a practical or spiritual nature, the Y.W.C;A. programme of activities offers scope for the encouragement ami development of individual endeavour.
Voice production and choir singing, French and German -classes, mixed ballroom dancing (incorporating monthly invitation dances),' crafts,' drama, bridge, physical culture (the Margaret Morris movement), badminton, dressmaking, hockey and basketball, tap dancing, children's gymnasium, and club life for women and girls of all ages sre included in the scheme of activities.
Further particulars of these activities are given in an advertisement appearing in this issue, and any inquiries will be welcomed by the association.
