SEVERE EARTHQUAKE
SLIGHT DAMAGE IN GUAM
GUAM, October 29,
An earthquake of unusual intensity shook the island at 4.40 a.m. Slight damage was done to some buildings. Lesser tremors were felt at 8.30 a.m.
Guam is an island in the Pacific Ocean, the largest of the Ladrone or Marianne Islands, belonging to the United States. It has.a population of 20,857, of whom 1246 are whites.
