WEDDING
DENHARD — HARRINGTON
The wedding was solemnised at St. Matthew's Church, Masterton, recently of Thelma Edith Harrington, ■ second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. S. Harrington, Masterton, and Cyril Henry Denhard, only son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Denhard, Owen Street, Wellington.
The bride, who was- accompanied by her father, wore a trained frock of magnolia-crepe satin, with a cowl neck caught with gold filigree clips, slit sleeves to the elbows,' and finished with tiny buttons. Her long tulle veil was caught with' orange blossom, arid she carried a 'sheaf of lilies. She was attended by' the Misses Joan and Gwen Harrington,, who wore frocks similar to that of the bride, and carried bouquets 'of scarlet and gold tulips'; : ' .
Mr. Gerald Lyon, Wellington, was best man, and Mr.. Norman Burton, also of Wellington, was groomsman.
The reception ■ was held in' the Masonic Hall, where the guests were received Toy Mrs. Harrington, mother of
thebride (who-was wearing wine georgette and lace arid a wine picture hat to tone) and Mrs. Denhard (in a rust mariette and lace frock, with matching coat and .hat). ' i When Mr.- and Mrs.: Denhard left fqr the. south the latter was wearing a blue floral crepe frock, with navy ac•cessories. , . , :■".'•
