BOMBING OF HOSPITALS
(Received January 21, 11.30 a.m.) GENEVA, January 20. Signor Mussolini has addressed a letter to the President of the International Red Cross promising that Italy will do her utmost to prevent further bombing of Red Cross units, and requesting that a delegation be sent to the front to see how the Red Cross regulations are being applied on both sides.
