ISSUE OF PROCLAMATIONS

A special meeting of the Executive Council has been summoned for this afternoon, when tlie first official Proclamation will be attended to. This will be a Proclamation issued under the Demise of I lie Crown Act, 1908, notifying the death of his Majesty King George V. Then there will be issued an Order in Council prescribing the observance of mourning. Tomorrow has been fixed for Ihe clay of mourning. . . ' These notices will be incorporated in a Gazelle heavily bordered in black. There has also to be issued a Proclamation in regard to the accession of the new King. This is published in a Gazette wiUuhiL black-bordered pages.
