WORLD'S SYMPATHY
AGAINST ITALY
PREMIER TAKEN TO TASK

PERTH (W.A.), August 22. The Premier, Mr. P. Collier, in a speech in the Legislative Assembly, declared his abhorrence of war and praised the / British Governments eliorts to preserve'world peace. Mr. Collier, whose speech was loudly ap^' plauded by members, said that the moral sympathy of the world would be against Italy in the dispute with Abyssinia. : : ■
The Acting Vice-Consul for Italy Signor Constantino, expressed regret that the Premier should have shown an attitude of. discrimination, and regretted that the head, of the State Government should have publicly antagonised Italy.
