LONDON, August .22,
The Moscow correspondent of' the "Daily Chronicle" says that in consequence of inadequate enforcement of sentences in 200,000 alimony cases last year, the Public Prosecutor is demanding that trade unions shall become collectors of alimony and supervisors of workers' behaviour towards their families. He proposes that alimony awards shall be recorded in the tinion books, and that collection shall be made at the place of employment.
Evaders will automatically be deprived of union membership, and will find difficulty in obtaining employment. '
