MOSCOW, August 22.
The Communist Internationale Congress dissolved in the early hours of the morning after adopting a proposal for a ballot in Britain on the question of the Soviet and its peace policy, on the same lines as the League of Nations Union ballot in England.
-. The final speech was made by Dimitroflc, who was acquitted at the Reichstag fire trial, and is now.a leading Soviet politician. He launched a new official slogan: "We Communists must not disdain the tactics of the Wooden Horse of Troy."
Dimitrofr has been the main mouthpiece of this new form of Communist propaganda abroad. Delegates from 65 nations rousingly cheered Dimitroff's call to prepare for a victorious world proletarian revolution. ......
