The Paris Press consWfers that the speech demonstrates ttuifc the Stresa front is unbroken, and is' a warning to Germany not to presume too much on the naval agreement. In Rome the general ini'Presslon is that the speech was favourable to Italy. The Vienna Press unanimously welcomes Sir Samuel Hoarai? appeal to Herr Hitler to negotiate pa.cts.
