KING'S PRIZE CONTEST
Unless unforeseen circumstances interfere,' a running 'commentary on the final shoot at Bisley for-his Majesty the King's prize will be broadcast as usual by the British Broadcasting Corporation. All or part of the commentary will this year be included in the Empire programmes to all the various zones. The shoot will take' place oa Saturday next. . . . The time of the broadcast in the Home programmes will be 3.15 to 4 p.m., British Summer Time. The actual commentary will be broadcast m the Indian zone programmes, but a blattnerphone record will be made, and this will be reproduced as follows:— On July 20, at 6.30 p.m., G.M.T., for the benefit of African listeners; on July 20-21, at midnight, G.M.T., for the benefit of Canadian listeners; on July 21, at 5 a.m., G.M.T., for the benefit of Australian and New Zealand listeners; on July 21, at 11 a.m., G.M.T., for the benefit of Indian and Far East listeners. . '
