Mr. H. A. Laidlaw, of Auckland, closes his fortnight of Bible lectures in Wellington tl)iis weekend with an illustrated hour ,in the Concert Chamber tonight. Theise lectures have packed the hall to ijhe doors, this week many being unable to gain admittance. Tomorrow, in the Town Hall nt 3 p.m.. Mr. Lstfdlaw will speak on "What is Christ ij.ike?" or "Have You a Whole or a Mutilated Christ?" At 7 p.m. .Mr. Laidlaw 'will frankly discuss "The Forbidden Subject."
