AMATEUR FOURSOMES TITLE j
SYDNEY, June 30. The New South Wales amateur foursomes championship was won by A. Waterson and H. Hattersley by six strokes from A. Bettington and H. Cutler. The winning aggregate i'or the 36 holes was 147, comprising 72 (which j equals par) for the morning round, and 75 in the afternoon. I Several of last year's players, in-1 eluding the ex-champions, J. Ferrierj and G. Thompson, were unable to participate, owing to influenza, which is xile.
