DUBLIN, August 21,
The Blue Shirt Congress, in secret session, unanimously passed a resolution demanding the immediate disbandment of the "Political body of Fianna Fail gunmen known as tho Civic Guards' special branch, which is conducive to anarchy." It was the special branch which allegedly fired on the crowd at Cork on August 13,
Another resolution demanded that tho Government immediately transfer from Cork "police officers who figured prominently in uucalled-for attacks on unarmed citizens following the dastardly shooting on.August 13."
