LABOURER KNOCKED DOWN

ASHBURTON, This Day. Timothy Lineham, a middle-aged labourer, single, was knocked down by a car near Kakaia'.on Saturday .evening arid had the base of his skull fractured, besides receiving other injuries. He was unconscious when admitted to hospital/and his condition is serious. The car was driven by O. G. Vial, of Ashburton.
