BUILDING SUBSIDY
v (To the Editor.) Sir, —A letter appeared in your paper ' of the 22nd inst. re tho building subsidy. May I put tho workers' viewpoint, which is that probably'no other scheme will do so much to put skilled men back in their own trades at tradesmen's : wages as this would. This is, of course, the only cure for unemployment and unless something is done shortly the building and allied trades are in for a very lean time during the noxt few months.—l am, etc., WOBKEB./
