Hinds liad made arrangements for Hai old Logan and Billy Sunday to leave Auckland foi Chuatchurch on Sunday night, m order to give the champion the oppoitumty o£ having a few dajb at honije.'before ,going to "Dunedin for his especial match race with Walla Walla next Saturday. However, officials of the Northland Tiotting Club ■waited, on Air. Hmda, asking him. to. reconsider his decision and lemam at L'psom to contest the Invitation Match. After consideration, he decided to accede to' the request. Harold Logan left! for Christchurch on Monday night, and will proceed to Dunedin: on Friday.
Maurice Holmes,; who drove . Harold Logan in his match races at Aldington and Epsom, will steer him again in his race againsrfc Walla Walla at Forbury Paik When asked to expiess an opinion of the race -non by Haiold Log,in on Satui day, Holmes replied, "It was easy." Holmes also; said he expected Harold Logan to beat Walla- Walla* at their next meeting;- ? • ■{
