Prisoners-1 were sentenced by Mr. Justice Johnston as follows:—Henry Herbert Pearce, indeeenij • assault against females, two years and six months' imprisonment; Arthur Albert King, breaking and entering a shop and theft, four months' imprisonment; Edward Milner, supplying a, noxious thing with intent to. secure a miscarriage, admitted to probation.
