RELIEF WORKERS
PAYMENT ON WET DAYS
The position .in regard to the payment of relief, .workers on wet days is that 'the engineers in cliarge of the various jobs confer and decide whether a day shall be. declared "wet." In that case the men are allowed to go home but receive a day's pay.. Belief workers are advised to await the decision of the engineers on rainy days as in the event of their leaving work beforehand they will not be paid for lost time...,.' .. . . .
