United Press Association—By Electric Telm eraph—Copyright. (Received April 21, 11 a.m.) LONDON, April 20. The twentieth National Joint Council of Labour, representing the Labour members of Parliament and the Trades Unions Congress,, has telegraphed to Moscow urging the inynediato releasa of Thornton and Mac Donald in the interests of Anglo-Russian friendship. It has also issued a statement condemning the proposed British embargo.
