"GOOD CLEARANCE"
LONDON WOOL SALES
(Received' 16th July, 11.15 a.m.) LONDQN, 15th July. At the wool sales to-day 8919 bales were offered, including 6907 New Zealand. About 8325 were sold. There was a . splendid selection of slipes, but a limited supply of other sorts. , Good clearances were effected with general competition at full late rates. Sales of New Zealand greasy crossbreds were as follow:—"Queroa," 7%d to 7d; Peka Peka, 6%d to 6%d half-bred; "Ponkawa," 9%d to 9d.
