Tlio Hon. L. M. Isitt and Mrs. Isitt, Cbristchurch, celebiatcd their golden wedding ,ou Thursday . (states tho "Christchurch Star"). They wore married at "Woodhouse," New Plymouth, on 1-ith May, 1881, by tho' "Rev. David M'Nictfl, tho bride being the eldest; daughter oi" tho late Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Caveihill, o£ New Plymouth. Tho lato Mis. Newton King, New Plymouth, was bridesmaid, and Dr. Lealham, who still lives in Now Plymouth, was best man. After thn wadding the brido aud bridegroom, the latter being then tho Boy. L. M. Isitt, went to reside in Parnoll, Auckland, and later moved to Masterton and Wellington. Finally they went to live in Ohristchurch in 1888, where Mr. Isitt' was at first minister of tho Sydonham Methodist Church and later of the East Belt Methodist Church. Mr. Isitt. has, made tlueo tour& to England, where he gave lecture"! on the tempeianee moicmcnt.
