PETONE TECHNICAL SCHOOL
The chairman, of the Petone Technical High School Board of Managers (Mr. D. M'Kenzie) and the member for the district (Mr. W. Nash) have been informed that Cabinet has approved of the acceptance of the lowest tender for the workshops at the school. A grant lias also been approved of for employing a clerk of works, and for providing iittings. Mr. M'Kenize has expressed to the Minister of Education the appreciation of the board and of the town. The board will make evory effort to have local labour employed on the now building.
