(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHUBCII, This Day. The Canterbury Rugby Union granted affiliation to tlio Athletic Club, subject to its members being reinstated by the New Zealand Union. Many members of Hie new club played League in 3930. The application folloSvod the withdrawal of the Marist Club from the Rugby League competition.
