MOVEMENT OF STATES MUST HELP THEMSELVES (Eeceived 19th March, 1 p.m.) ,' . ADELAIDE, This Day. ' The Stato Ministry has- decided to eonveno' a conference of Premiers and Treasurers owing to the inaction of the Federal Parliament, which is engaged in a futile strife while the States are struggling .to finance needy farmers. The Premier, Mr.' L. L. Hill, comments that if the Federal Cabinet will not act, anotherv course must bo found. Those States desiring .to straighten their financial position and do something for the unemployed and the man on- the land must get. together and dvolve- a scheme for resuscitating languishing industries aiid businesses.
