Mr. D. Jones (Reform, Mid-Canter-bury): "Never." Mr. Holland: "For the \time being they were the strongest: party in the House, and the Labour members had to choose between bad and worse. And now we find they have gone from bad to worse.". (Laughter.) Mr. Holland concluded by saying that the United Party should go back to the electors and ask for approval of its programme.
