Receiving the Report of the Directors on the Business o£ the Society for the year ended 31st December, 1930. 2. Electing an Auditor in lieu ot AVilliam H. Perry Esq., F.C.A., who retires in terms of Bylaw 29, but is eligible for re-election, and has given the requisite notice that he is a candidate for the vacancy. 3. Declaring the amount of divisible Surplus for the year ended 31st December, 1930. In terms of Bylaw 15, the Directors who retire at noon on the date of the Annual Meeting- are Dr. George Henry Abbott and the Right Hon. Sir Adrian Kuox, P. 0., K.C.M.G., both of whom are eligible for re-election. They are the only candidates for the vacant seats. William H.
