pAIR^FA^MERS' PETITION A petition rto ■Parliament is in circulation among dairy companies, as re?presentatives .of"dairy, farmers, urging tho rembval: of duties "on wheat and stock fobds, oh tho.following grounds: "(V) That by virtue of tho various statutes .[imposing Customs duties, import duties,, more""ob less heavy, have Ijceu placed and are payable, on a\l classes of stock foods and wheat imported into the Dominion. .
