APPROACHING A CRISIS
(Received 19th February, 10 a.m.) j TOKIO, 18th February, j The Russo-Japanese fisheries dispute is rapidly approaching a crisis. .The Soviet authorities of Vladivostok notified the companies that the timo had expired for licences, and no further applications would be entertained. The Tokio Government has forwarded aj strong protest to Moscow, requesting the Soviet to consider the position. The dispute in the light of their a-ction is considered a breach of the treaty.
