An indication of how keenly the farming community ia feeling the present depression was given at a recent meeting of the Marlborough College Board of Governors, when the principal (Mr. J. Stewart) informed the members that he had received no requests from country people for board for their children (says the "Express"). "They simply can't afford the expense," Mr. Stewart added.
