NEW PRIVY COUNCILLOR
(pltlsh Official Wireless.) (Received Ist November, 2 p.m.) RUGBY, 31st October. The King has directed that Sir Dinshah Fardunji Mulla be sworn in as a member of the Privy Council and be appointed a member of tho Judicial Committee of the Privy Council under the Appellate Jurisdiction Act, 1929.
