'At the' Magistrate's Court yesterday fines of £2 each were imposed on Daniel Charles Philp and James Aloysus Kyle, George Alexander Brown, and Frederick Ryan for being found on tojsferJ premises after hours. ,
As a' reßUii- of buying milk from another vendor, Lucy Tristram-was charged with selling adulterated milk. Sub-Inspector ■f-opdell said the defendant's reputation «-as very good, and there was no reason to doubt the fact that the milk was the fame as .when it was bought. The defendant was convicted and discharged. Selling goods on Sunday cost Charles Henry Lockhart Tucker £3. Sub-Inspec-tor Lopddl said the defendant had twice been convicted of Sunday trading, and once of sly grog selling.
