Wheat cargoes opened steadier on tlie advance 6n receipt of Australian crop advices and -better American closing prices. Sellers asked an '.'advance': of-3d, but this was discounted by indications of impending rains in Australia and the resumption of Russian offerings. The balance of the Cape St. George and part of the Ouyo Maru parcel, both for Italy, sold at 30s. Parcels opened steadier and closed quieter on the copious oilers of Russian wheat.
