After a week's campaign, it is evident that Gandhi has not achieved his object, and his failuro to rouse tho whole country at the launching of his non-co-operation movement has created dismay in Indian Nationalist Congress ranks. Two bomb explosions occurred in Bombay, one in a local railway train, and the other in the waiting-room of tho Byeulla railway station. Two Indians were seriously injured. A young Mahommedan was arrested for alleged complicity.
