POPPY DAY AT GISBORNE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CfISBORNE, 13th April. The annual Poppy Day was held by the Gisborne R.S.A. yesterday, in unfavourable weather, rain falling at intervals, accompanied by a cold wind. Town sales totalled £205, and country returns still to corno are expected to bring the total to £340, against £250 last year.
