Results:— Cnvi Handicap, of 130 soys; five furlongs and ninety yards.—2 Arajean, 7.13, 1; 0 Kalnmk, 7.5, 2; 1 Autopay, 9.3, 3.' Scratched: Valrewa. AVou by half a length. Time, lmin 6 3-ssec. Trial Handicap, of j.lO soys; six furlongs.—4 Cluny, 7.11 (Gilmore), 1; 3 Agrestic, 7.11, 2; 7 AVhite Doe. 7.11, 3. All started. AVon by half a length. Time, liiiin 50 4-ssec. South Canterbury Handicap, of 250 soys; one mile. —4 Stealth, 7.2, 1; 7 Buoyant, 7.2, 2; 3 Taboo, 8.13, 3. Scratched: Hoylake. AVon by half a length. Time, lmin 40 4-ssoc. D. Hall, a rider in the Levels Handicap, had a bad fall, sustaining a compound fracture of the leg.
