BUGBY, Ist October. The Sub-Committee set up by The Hague Conference in accordance with the provisions of the Young Plan for organising the bank for international settlement will meet on Thursday at Baden. The committee will consist of two delegates from each of the seven countries principally interested in German ' reparations, and represontatives have been nominated by the Governments of six European central banks. The British delegates will be Sir Charles Addis and Mr. W. T. Layto'n.
