PROFITABLE DAIRYING.
Canterbury Central Dairy Co-operative has established a record output of 1332 tons butter at an increased return to suppliers of %d per pound, making the average of 1 o.SOd per pound for butter-fat. Working expenses, and cost of manufacture were less than last year and freights and export insurance ratoa -were reduced. <A tSvktend of 7 pei; cent tcbs laid. ■
