AUCKLAND PROPERTY MARKET.
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post") ■ AUCKLAND, This Day. ■ "The ; property market in Auckland is much brighter in tone, and farmlets in particular are selling freely at very fair cash considerations," stated a leading city land agent. The experience of his firm was that during the last month business had been much brisker than in the last half-year. There was a real demand for farmlets of two to five acres. Of city and suburban business properties it could safely be said that this section of the market, too, was quite satisfactory from the land agents' point of view.
