ARCADIA HOTEL CASE
Legitl argument was concluded in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon in the case of William Dean Smith and Walter Flintoff against Mrs. Mary Tiller. The plaintiffs claimed £347 as the cost of vepaivs allegedly carried out to the Arcadia private hotel after the lease had been transferred to them by the defendant. A counter-claim was marie for £100 14s 6d, balance allegedly owing on the purchase of stores by the plaintiff. Mr. •Justice MacGregor reserved hia decision.
