"The fashion of chenille is an industrial revival that largely affects French women, and the sequins ensure exquisite embroideries being the craze. A new evening frock df red tulle has a delightful Old World air. The slightly fitting corsage finishes in seamed points, from which spring many layers of tulle besprinkled with graduated red chenille dots and gold sequins. The flounces are daintily scolloped, tho chenille spots getting larger to weight the important hemline."
