A LETTER.
Dear Fairiel,—l am writing to toll you about the glorious time I had at Christmas. "We went all over the North Island in our motor-car (it is au Essex) without any engine trouble, punctures, or mishaps. We left on the Saturday before Christmas Day for New Plymouth, and arrived early in the evening at the camping ground. We pitched our two tents and made up our five camp beds, and then went out for the rest of the day.
I have not space enough to write all I would like to, but I will mention a few of the many placet. I went to. After New Plymouth we went to the "Waitomo Caves," which we thought were very wonderful; from there to Auckland, with its beautiful city and harbour; ana thence to Botorua. Eotorua we all thought was very creepy especially when all of a sudden a geyser played without giving any warn-
■ The next on the list was Wairaki. Tins is also a thermal district; it mainly has geysers. After Wairaki we went to Lake Taupo, and then to Napier. I think I Jiko Napier best of all. Which do you hke best? Do^i't^vou?* 1131 cam l'inS is glorious. Miramar. "LULLABY LOVE."
