EVENING WEDDING.
■An evening wedding was solemnised at St. Peter's Mission recently, when Juahita, elder -'daughter* of Mr. and Mrs. Salisbury, "of- Upper. Hutt, was married to William, son of Mr. ' and Mrs. Brinfield-, of Newtown. The Rev. Fielden Taylor officiated. Tho bride, who was accompanied by her uncle (Mr. Peter Brown), was: frocked in' white georgette, with' satin bands, and wore a veil and Orange blossoms. She carried a shower bouquet of 'hothouse flowers. • The- maid- of honour, Miss Leatta Graham', was in mauve crepe de chine, frilled to the waist, with a head band of flowers, her bouquet being to tone. Three little maids, Joyce Salisbury, Olive Brown, and Betty Robert, also attended. The two elder children wore sunset crepe de chine j and the little one powder • blue ■ crepe de chine. They all wore flower wreaths and carried quaint littlo posies to tono with their dresses. Mr. M'Laggan was best man. .Aftor the ceremony a reception'was held at the Basin Reserve pavilion, Mrs. Peter J3rown, wearing navy crepo de chine, being' hostess. Later Mr. and Mrs. Brinfield left -for their wedding tour, the bride wearing a fawn-Uiteied«^^J^^'teJa_#i'
