LUCKY ESCAPE
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. George Dickie, a young man, was crossing the railway yard at Lyttelton yesterday when he was knocked over by a truck. When the truck was over him he managed to grasp hold of a hanging chain, by which he was dragged along for some distance till the trucks were pulled up. He was treated for cuts and abrasions on the legs and thigh.
