LLOYD'S SURVEY
COMPLETE BEFORE SAILING NEW YORK, 15th November. Captain Heasley, assistant superintendent of the Lamport and Holt Line, said that the four-yearly "Lloyd's Register" survey of the Vestris was practically completed just befoer she sailed. It was extremely thorough, and would have precluded the ship's sailing j in a defective condition. j
