AFGHANS AND TURKS AMANULLAH AT STAMBOUL "Times" Cables. (Received 21st May, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 20th May. The Constantinople correspondent of "The Times" states that Their Afghan Majesties arrived from Sevastopol, escorted by destroyer?, and were met by cruisers, torpedo boats, and seven airplanes at the entrance to the Bosphorous. Large crowds ' collected anil cheered on the shores. King Arnamillah alluded with affection to tho two countries, the Afghans regarding, tho Turks as brothers.
