MURDER OF CHINESE

'A man passing a general store at Silkwood, near Innisfail, kept by a Chinaman named Young Kee, noticed one of ; the rooms in disorder. He investigated and found the mutilated bodies of Young Kee and his son, Willie Cheong, aged thirteen,with their heads battered to pulp, lying in a litter of wrecked furniture. Tho indications are that' a violent struggle had been made by the Chinese for their lives. The police have a difficult task in tracing the murderer, as heavy rain obliterated all tracks- in tho vicinity of the store.
