AUSTRALIAN" TEAM'S PLANS Australian Press Association. LONDON, sth May. The Australian Olympic team will arrive on 14th Juno and will stay at Onslow Court Hotel, in a quiet area at South Kensington, within ten minutes of Hyde Park. This is as central as possible for training purposes. Captain Vicary Hornoman says it has been difficult lo arrange accommodation for tho team in'which so many sports are represented. He is especially anxious to avoid too many hard pavements for walking exercise. Ho says the cyclists will probably train at Heme Hill, the athletes at Stamford Bridge, and the swimmers at various clubs in London. There is no shortage of gymnasium facilities. The team will lcavo for Amsterdam on 16th July, where accommodation has been arranged an hour's journey from the stadium at a private hotel which was formerly tho residence of a member of tho Prussian nobility. Tho Australians have the hotel almost to themselves. Park-liko grounds afford every adjunct for developing physical condition in pleasant surroundings. Private charabancs will convey tho athletes and swimmers to tho stadium, where they will practice, but Pcarcc, tho sculler, will have to go to Amsterdam to practice on tho canal, whore the Olympic races will bo rou;ed. Only two rowers will bo allowed to practice at the same time.
