The "Daily News" Vienna correspondent says' that 150,000 delegates to the Rumanian Peasant Party assembled at Alba Julia, and passed a resolution .demanding the resignation of tho Premier, M. Bratianu. The Peasants' leader, M. Maniu, has departed to prosent the- resolution to the Regents personally. The Peasant Congress remains in session until a reply is received. The movement is regarded as ono of the most momentous in the Near East since, the war. If it succeeds, Prince Carol will bo recalled.
