BROOKLYN CLUB
The Brooklyn Harriers held their run from Mr. 'F. Willis's residence on the Hutt road. The trail, laid by L. Tainblyn and S. Willis, went up the Hutt road and as far as the Koro Koro reservoir. There it turned to the left and led sharply down the hill, and followed the valley down on to the main Hutt road by the Woollen Mills. A run-in, over the last few hundred yards, resulted in a win for E. Flint, with T. Caehemaille and T. Thomson in second and third places respectively. Thirty-one runners turned out. Two packs were formed, under the charge o£ G. G. Sherwood (captain) and M. Walls (deputy-captain). After the run the members were entertained at afternoon tea by Mrs. S. AVillis, thanks being tendered by the club captain.
