MELBOURNE, This Day.
In the House of Representatives, Mr. Stanley Bruce, Prime Minister, stated that he wanted to make it clear that nothing that had taken place at the Geneva Conference in any way bound the Parliament or the people of Australia. Until Australia, through her Parliament, had subscribed to the Protocol and given approval to its provisions, nothing claimed under it could be binding.
